It is also a great way to relieve stress. The mental toughness that this art enriches dramatically improves interactions of day-to-day life. You will learn valuable techniques which work on and off the mat.

About James Watts

James Watts is currently a brown belt under Cornerstone Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, in Fayetteville, NC. His instructor is Charles Nunley, a 2nd degree black belt, in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.  As a student of Professor Nunley, and an affiliate of this academy, James is continuing to progress in his personal training while he teaches his students. “Being engaged with your students is the best way to produce the results which they will need. My goal is to continue to progress so that our students can reach their full potential.”
